Light grilled flatbread with melted Parmesan cheese, grilled cherry tomatoes and creamy burrata, flavored with The Spice Club Italian Kruidenmix. Perfect for a summer meal.

  • 225 g cherrytomaten
  • 4 metalen of bamboe spiesjes, 30 minuten geweekt in water
  • 120 ml extra vierge olijfolie, plus extra voor serveren
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 115 g Parmezaanse kaas, geraspt
  • 225 g burrata, uitgelekt en in stukjes gescheurd
  • 4 theelepels The Spice Club Italian kruidenmix
  • The spice club topping (optioneel ter garnering)

preparation

Step 1: Prepare the cherry tomatoes

  • Rijg de cherrytomaten aan de geweekte spiesjes.
  • Besprenkel de tomaten met 2 eetlepels olijfolie.
  • Verhit een grillpan of barbecue op middelhoog vuur. Grill de tomatenspiesjes 5-7 minuten, draai regelmatig totdat de tomaten licht geschroeid en zacht zijn. Haal ze van de grill en zet apart.

Step 2: Grill the flatbread

  • Besprenkel elk flatbread met een eetlepel olijfolie en breng op smaak met The Spice Club Italian kruidenmix.
  • Leg de flatbreads op de grill en gril 2-3 minuten per kant, of tot ze licht knapperig en verwarmd zijn.

Step 3: Assemble the Flatbreads

  • Verdeel de geraspte Parmezaanse kaas gelijkmatig over de warme flatbreads.
  • Verdeel de gegrilde cherrytomaten over de flatbreads.
  • Voeg de stukken burrata toe en sprenkel extra olijfolie over het geheel.
  • Garneer met een snufje extra The Spice Club Italian kruidenmix en serveer direct.
