Gnocchi with Feta


Enjoy this delicious Italian gnocchi dish, an easy and quick one-pan dish, prepared with The Spice Club Italian herbs. The combination of tasty cherry tomatoes, creamy feta and the subtle hint of garlic makes this dish irresistible.

  • 750 g cherry tomatoes
  • 500g gnocchi
  • 200 g block of feta
  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 25 g fresh basil (optional)


Step 1: Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Ingredients

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  • Take a large baking dish and place the cherry tomatoes and gnocchi in it.
  • Place the block of feta in the center of the bowl.

Step 2: Season and Fry

  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of THE SPICE CLUB ITALIAN spice mix evenly over the ingredients in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper to your own preference.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes, gnocchi and feta. Wrap the garlic bulb in aluminum foil and place it on the side of the baking dish.
  • Place the whole thing in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Step 3: Prepare the Garlic and Basil

  • Remove the baking dish from the oven. Remove the garlic bulb from the aluminum foil and cut off the top. Squeeze the soft, roasted garlic into the bowl.

Step 4: Mix and Serve

  • Add most of the fresh basil to the bowl and stir well. The melted feta will mix with the juicy tomatoes and create a creamy sauce.
  • If the sauce seems too thick, add a splash of water to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Spoon the delicious oven-baked tomatoes and feta gnocchi into bowls, garnish with the remaining basil and sprinkle some THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING over the dishes for extra flavor and a crispy texture.
