Enjoy this delicious Italian gnocchi dish, an easy and quick one-pan dish, prepared with The Spice Club Italian herbs. The combination of tasty cherry tomatoes, creamy feta and the subtle hint of garlic makes this dish irresistible.
Step 1: Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Take a large baking dish and place the cherry tomatoes and gnocchi in it.
Place the block of feta in the center of the bowl.
Step 2: Season and Fry
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of THE SPICE CLUB ITALIAN spice mix evenly over the ingredients in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper to your own preference.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes, gnocchi and feta. Wrap the garlic bulb in aluminum foil and place it on the side of the baking dish.
Place the whole thing in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the Garlic and Basil
Remove the baking dish from the oven. Remove the garlic bulb from the aluminum foil and cut off the top. Squeeze the soft, roasted garlic into the bowl.
Step 4: Mix and Serve
Add most of the fresh basil to the bowl and stir well. The melted feta will mix with the juicy tomatoes and create a creamy sauce.
If the sauce seems too thick, add a splash of water to achieve the desired consistency.
Spoon the delicious oven-baked tomatoes and feta gnocchi into bowls, garnish with the remaining basil and sprinkle some THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING over the dishes for extra flavor and a crispy texture.
