Enjoy delicious homemade path Thai with shrimp! This tasteful meal combines perfectly cooked noodles, crispy vegetables, juicy shrimp and a delicious sauce based on soy sauce, sriracha, tamarind pasta, honey and peanut butter. Garnish with fresh lime and spring onions for the ultimate taste experience, plus a touch of the Spice Club Poke of Coco & Hazel for extra spice.

Step 1: Cook the rice noodles

Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain, mix with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to prevent slices and set aside.

Step 2: Bake the shrimp

Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. is.Voeg Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Stir fry the vegetables

Step 7: Add shrimp

Add the shrimp to the pan again and stir until everything is heated well.

Step 8: Taste and adjust
