Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Cut the onion, garlic and red chili pepper into thin slices. Also cut the chicken into pieces.
Step 2: Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, red chili pepper slices, garlic, lime juice and THE SPICE CLUB MEXICAN spice mix. Mix well and let this mixture marinate.
Step 3: Bake the Fajita Filling
Heat a large pan or frying pan over medium heat and add a dash of olive oil.
