  • 680 g small red potatoes, halved
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons the spice club garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons the spice club rosemary


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the halved potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Add the salt, garlic powder and rosemary. Mix well.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve the fried potatoes immediately as a side dish. Enjoy it!
