  • 680 g kleine rode aardappelen, gehalveerd
  • 3 tl zout
  • 30 ml extra vierge olijfolie
  • 2 theelepels the spice club knoflookpoeder
  • 2 eetlepels the spice club rozemarijn

preparation

  1. Verwarm de oven voor op 200°C.
  2. Doe de gehalveerde aardappelen in een kom en besprenkel met olijfolie.
  3. Voeg het zout, knoflookpoeder en rozemarijn toe. Meng goed.
  4. Leg de aardappelen op een bakplaat en bak ze in de voorverwarmde oven gedurende 30-35 minuten, of tot ze goudbruin en knapperig zijn.
  5. Serveer de gebakken aardappelen direct als bijgerecht. Geniet ervan!
