Step 1: Prepare BasmatiRijst

  • Week 300 gram basmatirijst in warm water en was grondig in koud water tot het helder is. Laat uitlekken.

  • Meng gewassen basmatirijst en 85 gram rozijnen door het kipmengsel.
  • Giet 850 milliliter kippenbouillon erover.

Step 5: Cooking the rice

  • Plaats een deksel op de pan en breng aan de kook.
  • Verlaag het vuur tot een minimum en laat nog 5 minuten zachtjes koken.

Step 6: Rest and serve

  • Haal de pan van het vuur en laat 10 minuten rusten met het deksel erop.
  • Roer goed door en voeg5 gram gehakte koriander toe.
  • Serveer bestrooid met korianderblaadjes en 2 eetlepels geroosterd amandelschaafsel.
