Enjoy this heartwarming Asian Dumplings Soup! Packed with flavor with dumplings, fresh vegetables and herbs. Perfect for a quick and nutritious dinner.

  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 liters of chicken stock
  • 6 tbsp (low-salt) soy sauce
  • 1/2 bunch of spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 large carrots, julienne cut
  • 750gr frozen dumplings
  • 200g fresh spinach, packed
  • 1 tsp The Spice Club Poke ·PURCHASE🛍️
  • 1 tsp The Spice Club Sesame Seeds ·PURCHASE🛍️


  1. Heat sesame oil in a stockpot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add chicken stock, soy sauce, scallions and carrots to the pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the dumplings (potstickers) to the pan and bring to the boil again. Cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the spinach. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Serve the soup garnished with sesame seeds and fresh spring onions. Enjoy it!
