Delicious & simple chicken tortillas! Marinate chicken with herbs, fry with peppers and corn, fill tortilla wraps, sprinkle with cheese and fry until crispy. Serve with a creamy sauce. Simple and tasteful!

Step 1: Heat the Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C hot air.
  • Fold the mini tortilla wraps in half and place them in an oven dish.

Step 2: Marinate the Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken thigh fillet cubes with paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, dried parsley, dark brown caster sugar, cayenne pepper and tomato puree in a bowl. Make sure all the chicken is evenly coated.

Step 3: Fry the Chicken

  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry the marinated chicken cubes until golden brown.
  • Then add the red pepper, yellow pepper and drained corn to the pan.
  • Fry until the pepper has softened and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Fill the Wraps

  • Divide the chicken filling over the mini tortilla wraps in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle each wrap with a little grated cheese.

Step 5: Heat in the Oven

  • Place the baking dish in the center of the preheated oven.
  • Bake the tortillas for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are crispy.

Step 6: Prepare the Sauce

  • While the burritos are in the oven, combine crème fraîche, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and dried parsley in a bowl.

Step 7: Serve the Burritos

  • Remove the burritos from the oven and serve them warm with the crème fraîche sauce.
