- 400 grams of Italian vegetables or 1 leek, 1/2 zucchini, 1 tomato, 1 onion and 1 pepper.
- 400 grams of potatoes
- 200 grams of minced meat
- 70 grams of tomato puree
- 120 ml of water
- A generous dash of cooking cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 grams of grated cheese
- Sprinkle salt and pepper

Step 1: Heat the Oven
- Turn on the oven and preheat it to 220 degrees Celsius.
Step 2: Prepare the Potatoes
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
- Boil the potato slices in a pan with water until they are almost done. Drain them and set them aside.
Step 3: Fry the Vegetables and Minced Meat
- Heat a little oil in a pan on the stove.
- Add the chopped vegetables and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes until they soften slightly.
- Add the minced meat and fry until loose (grainy).
Step 4: Make the Sauce
- Add tomato puree, water, cooking cream, basil, oregano, paprika powder and a pinch of chili powder to the minced meat mixture.
- Stir everything well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until you get a tasty sauce.
Step 5: Assembling the Oven Dish
- Spoon the minced meat-vegetable mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Place the pre-cooked potato slices on top.
- Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
Step 6: Bake in the Oven
- Place the oven dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until it is nice and golden brown and crispy.
