  • 500 g floury potatoes or sweet potatoes

Step 1: Preparation of Vegetables and Potatoes

  • Cut 500 g stew vegetables (or 400 g carrot and 1 large onion) into pieces.
  • Peel and cut 500 g floury potatoes (or sweet potatoes) into equal pieces.

Step 2: Cooking Vegetables and Potatoes

  • Place the sliced ​​potatoes, carrots and 2 bay leaves in a large pot of water.
  • Bring the water to a boil.

Step 3: Cook to Doneness

  • Cook for 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
