  • 500 gr kruimige aardappels of zoete aardappels
  • 2 blaadjes The Spice Club Laurier · BESTEL 🛍️
  • 25 gr boter
  • Scheut warme melk
  • Snuf peper en zout
  • 1 tl The Spice Club Nootmuskaat · BESTEL 🛍️
  • 2 el The Spice Club Gerookt Paprikapoede· BESTEL 🛍️
  • Optioneel: (vega) rookworst, gehaktballen of spekjes

preparation

Step 1: Preparation of vegetables and potatoes

  • Snijd 500 gr hutspot groenten (of 400 gr wortel en 1 grote ui) in stukjes.
  • Schil en snijd 500 gr kruimige aardappels (of zoete aardappels) in gelijke stukken.

Step 2: Cooking vegetables and potatoes

  • Plaats de gesneden aardappelen, wortels en 2 blaadjes laurier in een grote pan met water.
  • Breng het water aan de kook.

Step 3: Cooking to doneness

  • Kook gedurende 20 minuten totdat de aardappels gaar zijn.
  • Giet de groenten af en verwijder de blaadjes laurier.

Step 4: Stamping and supplementing

  • Doe de gekookte aardappels en groenten terug in de pan.
  • Voeg 25 gr boter toe en een scheut melk.
  • Stamp met een stamper tot een smeuïge hutspot.
  • Voeg extra melk toe indien nodig.

Step 5: Season

  • Breng de hutspot op smaak met zout, peper, paprikapoeder en nootmuskaat.

Step 6: Serve

  • Serveer met een vlees-, vis- of vegetarische optie naar keuze.
