Enjoy this delicious pappardelle with sage bumper sauce! Combine fresh pasta with a creamy sauce of butter, sage and lemon. Easy to make and full of taste. Buon Appetito!

  • 250 gram verse pappardelle of pasta naar keuxe
  • 100 gram Parmezaanse kaas
  • 50 gram (ongezouten) roomboter
  • 4 tl The Spice Club Salie · BESTEL 🛍️
  • 1 citroen
  • 3 eetlepels room

preparation

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

  • Snijd de salieblaadjes fijn.
  • Rasp de schil van de citroen en pers het sap uit.

Step 2: Cook the pappardelle

  • Breng een pan met water aan de kook.
  • Voeg de pappardelle toe en kook volgens de verpakking tot beetgaar, meestal ongeveer 3 minuten.

Step 3: Make the sauce

  • Smelt de boter in een koekenpan op laag vuur.
  • Voeg de fijngesneden salieblaadjes toe en bak kort.
  • Voeg de citroenrasp en room toe, laat zachtjes sudderen en zet het vuur uit.

Step 4: Mixing and serving

  • Giet de gekookte pappardelle af en doe ze in een schaal.
  • Schenk de boter-saliesaus erover, voeg citroensap en een deel van de Parmezaanse kaas toe.
  • Meng alles goed door elkaar en serveer met extra Parmezaanse kaas. Buon appetito!
