- 100 g salted butter
- 4 tbsp The Spice Club sage
- 450 g cubes of pumpkin
- 400g gnocchi

Step 1: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2: Add the sage to the melted butter and fry for 1-2 minutes, until the butter is fragrant.
Step 3: Add the pumpkin cubes to the pan and fry for 5-7 minutes, or until soft and lightly browned.
Step 4: Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Drain and keep warm.
Step 5: Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan with the pumpkin and sage. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes, so that the gnocchi gets a good taste.
