Enjoy a delicious meal with our salmon and tagliatelle recipe. Juicy salmon fillets are served with creamy spinach-tomato cream sauce, perfect for a quick and tasty evening meal.

  • 500 g fresh tagliatelle
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 150 g baby spinach
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • 1 tsp The Spice Club chili flakes ·PURCHASE🛍️
  • 1 tsp The Spice Club Oregano ·PURCHASE🛍️
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1: Cook the Tagliatelle

  • Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Salmon Fillets

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a dash of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon fillets for 5 minutes on medium high heat, with the lid on the pan. Turn over and cook the other side for another 3 minutes. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside on a plate.

Step 3: Make the Sauce

  • In the same pan in which you fried the salmon, add the finely chopped garlic, cherry tomatoes and The Spice Club Oregano.
  • Add a pinch of salt and The Spice Club chili flakes.
  • Deglaze with the cooking cream and add the baby spinach. Stir until the spinach has completely wilted.

Step 4: Serve

  • Place the salmon fillets back in the sauce and let them heat through for another minute with the lid on the pan.
  • Divide the cooked tagliatelle among 4 deep plates.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the tagliatelle and spoon a spoonful of the sauce over them.
