Enjoy creamy, spicy scrambled eggs with spinach! Heat oil, fry garlic and spinach. Beat eggs with coconut milk and turmeric, add and stir until creamy. Serve on toasted bread. Perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 200 g spinach leaves
  • 4-8 large eggs
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 4 tsp The Spice Club Turmeric ·PURCHASE🛍️
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted
  • Salt & pepper to taste

preparation

Step 1
Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Briefly fry the garlic and add the spinach. Allow to shrink for a few minutes and add a dash of water if necessary.

Step 2
Beat the eggs with the coconut milk and turmeric. Season with salt and pepper. Add to the pan with spinach and stir continuously for 5-8 minutes until the scrambled eggs are the desired consistency. Serve on toasted slices of bread.
