Enjoy creamy pasta Alfredo, a wonderful Italian classic! Smelty butter, garlic, cream and Parmesan cheese are combined for a rich sauce that is perfect for every pasta. Add a hint of nutmeg and pepper for extra taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over Al dente cooked pasta for a delicious meal.

  • ½ kopje ongezouten boter (1 stokje), in 8 stukjes gesneden
  • 2 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt
  • ¾ theelepel the spice club knoflookpoeder
  • ¼ theelepel the spice club nootmuskaat
  • ½ theelepel zout
  • ½ theelepel the spice club zwarte peper
  • 1½ kopje slagroom, op kamertemperatuur
  • 2 kopjes vers geraspte Parmezaanse kaas
  • Gehakte verse bladpeterselie, voor garnering (optioneel)
  • 340 gram gekookte pasta, voor serveren

preparation

  1. Smelt de boter in een grote koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de knoflook toe en bak tot het geurig is, ongeveer 1 minuut.
  2. Voeg het knoflookpoeder, de nootmuskaat, zout en zwarte peper toe. Roer goed door.
  3. Giet de room erbij en breng aan de kook. Laat het sudderen tot het mengsel iets dikker wordt, ongeveer 2-3 minuten.
  4. Voeg geleidelijk de Parmezaanse kaas toe, terwijl je voortdurend roert, tot de saus glad en romig is.
  5. Haal van het vuur en garneer met gehakte peterselie.
  6. Serveer de saus over gekookte pasta en geniet ervan!

Optionally you can immediately mix the pasta with the sauce in the frying pan for a delicious pasta Alfredo.
