Lightly grease an oven dish with oil and place the wraps in it so that a hole is created in each wrap. You can also use round oven-proof bowls if necessary.
3. Add toppings:
Divide the sliced yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes and other desired toppings evenly over the wraps.
4. Add herbs, eggs and cheese:
Sprinkle The Spice Club Mexican herbs over the topping, break 2 eggs per wrap and distribute evenly over the wrap. Stir everything well and sprinkle with a handful of grated cheese.
5. Baking:
Bake the wraps in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the eggs are done and the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
