Orzo with Feta


Discover the perfect combination of flavors with this delicious Orzo with Feta Pasta recipe. Smooth, oven-baked feta mixed with fresh cherry tomatoes and garlic, all deliciously seasoned with The Spice Club Italian.

  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 400 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 275 grams of orzo
  • 200 grams of feta
  • THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING for extra flavor and crunch


Step 1: Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Oven Dish

  • Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Place the whole head of garlic and feta in the center of an oven dish and divide the cherry tomatoes around it.

Step 2: Season and Roast the Ingredients

  • Drizzle everything generously with olive oil and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of THE SPICE CLUB ITALIAN spice mix.
  • Make sure the herbs are evenly distributed. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and roast for about 40 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and the feta is melted and golden brown.

Step 3: Cook the Orzo

  • While the feta and tomatoes are in the oven, cook the orzo according to the instructions on the package. Make sure the orzo is al dente, not too soft.

Step 4: Prepare the Sauce

  • Remove the baking dish from the oven. Use a fork to squeeze the soft garlic from the bulb and mix it with the roasted tomatoes and feta.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the remaining pasta water to reach desired consistency.
  • Mix the cooked orzo into the creamy sauce until everything is well mixed.

Step 5: Serve and Garnish
