If you are looking for an easy and creamy meal, you don't have to look beyond Pasta Burrata. This delicious Italian dish can be made quickly and only requires a few ingredients, so dinner is on the table in no time.

Step 1: Cooking pasta

  • Begin met het koken van de pasta volgens de instructies op de verpakking. Zorg ervoor dat je de pasta al dente kookt, zodat hij niet te zacht wordt.
  • Giet de gekookte pasta af en zet deze even opzij.

Step 2: Prepare tomato sauce

  • Pel de ui en knoflook en snijd de rode paprika doormidden om de zaadjes te verwijderen.
  • Doe de knoflook, ui, paprika, tomatenpuree, 4 cherrytomaten en THE SPICE CLUB ITALIAN kruidenmix in een blender en pureer het geheel tot een gladde saus.
  • Voeg indien nodig een beetje water toe om de gewenste consistentie te bereiken.

Step 3: Merge pasta

  • Snijd de overige cherrytomaten doormidden. Voeg de saus en cherrytomaten toe aan de uitgelekte pasta en meng alles goed door elkaar.
  • Verwarm het mengsel op laag vuur, maar laat het niet koken. Proef en voeg zout en peper toe naar smaak.

Step 4: Serve and garnish

  • Verdeel de pasta over de borden en leg de burrata kaas bovenop de pasta. Burrata is romig van binnen, dus het zal heerlijk smelten in de warme pasta.
  • Garneer de pasta met burrata met THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING voor extra smaak en knapperigheid.
