Pasta Burrata


If you're looking for an easy and creamy meal, look no further than pasta burrata. This delicious Italian dish is quick to make and only requires a few ingredients, so dinner is on the table in no time.


4 persons

  • 4 cloves GARLIC
  • 1 SHALOT or 1 ONION
  • 1 can of TOMATO PUREE
  • 1 PEPPER
  • grated (PARMESAN) CHEESE
  • 1 container of CHERRY TOMATOES


Step 1: Cooking Pasta

  • Start by cooking the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Make sure you cook the pasta al dente so it doesn't become too soft.
  • Drain the cooked pasta and set it aside.

Step 2: Prepare tomato sauce

  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut the red pepper in half to remove the seeds.
  • Place the garlic, onion, pepper, tomato puree, 4 cherry tomatoes and THE SPICE CLUB ITALIAN spice mix in a blender and puree everything into a smooth sauce.
  • If necessary, add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.

Step 3: Merge Pasta

  • Cut the remaining cherry tomatoes in half. Add the sauce and cherry tomatoes to the drained pasta and mix everything well.
  • Heat the mixture over low heat, but do not let it boil. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: Serving and Garnishing

  • Divide the pasta among the plates and place the burrata cheese on top of the pasta. Burrata is creamy on the inside, so it will melt wonderfully into the warm pasta.
