Step 1: Cook the brown rice

  • Begin met het koken van de bruine rijst volgens de instructies op de verpakking. Zet de gekookte rijst apart.

Step 2: Prepare the onion

  • Verhit een scheutje olie in een grote pan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Voeg de fijngehakte ui toe en roerbak deze gedurende 2-3 minuten, tot de ui glazig is.

Step 3: Add taste

  • Voeg de gehakte knoflook, tomatenpuree en THE SPICE CLUB MEXICAN kruidenmix toe aan de pan.
  • Roerbak dit gedurende 1 minuut om de smaken los te maken.
  • Voeg vervolgens de tomaten, bonen en linzen toe aan de pan.

Step 4: let it simmer

  • Laat het geheel op laag vuur sudderen gedurende 15-20 minuten tot de saus iets is ingedikt en de ingrediënten goed zijn gemengd.

Step 5: Make the topping

  • Bereid ondertussen de topping door yoghurt te mengen met 2 scheppen THE SPICE CLUB MEXICAN kruidenmix.
  • Voeg naar smaak optioneel wat gehakte koriander en het sap van een limoen toe.

Step 6: Serve

  • Verdeel de gekookte bruine rijst over kommen en voeg de chili sin carne toe.
  • Garneer de chili sin carne indien gewenst met THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING voor extra smaak en knapperigheid.
