Enjoy tasty Chicken Kebab Sandwiches! Marinate and fry the chicken with The Spice Club spice mix. Top with feta, tomato and yoghurt sauce for a delicious weeknight meal.

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken with The Spice Club Seasoning Mix

  • Mix the chicken thigh strips with the following spices from The Spice Club: cumin, black pepper, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, coriander, oregano and garlic powder.
  • Make sure that the herbs are evenly distributed over the chicken and let the chicken marinate for a while.

Step 2: Heat the Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 3: Prepare the Vegetables and Herbs

  • Cut the onion into half rings.
  • Crumble the feta.
  • Cut the tomato into cubes.
  • Press or finely chop the garlic.

Step 4: Fry the Marinated Chicken

  • Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the marinated chicken thigh strips for 6-8 minutes.

Step 5: Make the Dressings

  • In a small bowl, mix the remaining onion with the red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with garlic and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6: Heat the Mini Turkish Bread

  • Bake the mini Turkish sandwich in the oven for 5-8 minutes.

Step 7: Serve the Chicken Kebab Rolls

  • Divide the warm mini Turkish bread among the plates and cut it open.
  • Top the sandwiches with the fried chicken kebab.
  • Garnish with the yoghurt-garlic sauce, crumbled feta, tomato, onion and iceberg lettuce.
