Chicken wraps with avocado and yoghurt sauce

• 4 large tortillas
• 500 g chicken fillet, cut into cubes
• 1 tbsp The Spice Club Paprika Powder ·PURCHASE🛍️
• 1 tsp The Spice Club Rosemary·PURCHASE🛍️
• 2 avocados
• 2 roma tomatoes
• 6 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tbsp The Spice Club Coriander·PURCHASE🛍️
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

• Cover the chicken fillet cubes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and The Spice Club Paprika Powder & Rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste.
• Fry the marinated chicken fillet in a grill pan until just done. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables

• Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit and score small cubes in the flesh with a knife. Scoop the cubes out of the skins and set aside.
• Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Step 3: Make the Yogurt Sauce

• Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl and add the pressed garlic and The Spice Club Coriander. Mix well.

Step 4: Fill the Tortillas

• Spread the center of a tortilla with a good layer of yogurt-garlic sauce.
• Place the fried chicken, tomato and avocado on top.

Step 5: Fold the Tortillas

• Close the tortilla by first folding the sides inwards and then roll up tightly from the bottom.

Step 6: Serve and Enjoy!

• Serve the filled tortillas immediately and enjoy these delicious and easy-to-make wraps!
